Electric Powersteering Components Europe s.r.o. (hereto referred as EPCE) is a joint-venture company of 2 global companies: Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and JTEKT Corporation (hereto referred as JTEKT). Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereto referred as MELCO) with its seat in Tokyo holds 90 % of shares, while the remaining 10 % is held by JTEKT with the seat in Osaca.
The company specializes in the production of control units for car powersteering for world leading car producers.
